Benefits
The product exhibits the activity of an exopeptidase. It can remove the hydrophobic amino acids at the end of bitter peptides, thus eliminate the bitterness generated during the hydrolysis. Flavor peptides are released, improving the taste of the protein. Combined with other endoproteases produced by Sunhy, TF965S can be used to enhance the content of amino nitrogen, as well as the flavor of the food.
Application
0.1%-0.5% by protein weight;
The optimum dosage should be determined according to the actual condition parameters.
Dissolve the enzyme with water (5 to 10 fold), add to the protein solution. Mix well.
Storage
Preserve in a cool and dry area with good ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight. A storage temperature under 10 ℃ can extend shelf-life.
Shelf-life
12 months at 25℃.
Safety
Avoid inhaling enzyme powder. Rinse immediately for over 15 minutes with water if contact with skin or eyes.
