Food grade pectinase for pectin degradation in juice processing
Sunhy Pectinase P30 decomposes the complex pectin into small molecules such as galacturonic acid. P30 consists of polygalacturonase (PG), pectate lyase (PL), and pectinesterase (PE).

Application
Recommend dosage is 0.05% to 0.5% of the raw material weight. Dosage should be adjusted according to the production conditions.
Add directly to the raw materials and mix well, or pre-dissolved in water and mix with the raw materials.
Storage
Preserve in a cool and dry area with good ventilation under 20℃. Avoid direct sunlight.
Shelf-life
12 months at room temperature (20℃).
Safety
Avoid inhaling enzyme powder. Rinse immediately with water if contact with skin or eyes.
