Product Description
Food grade compound enzyme for oats production , protease β-glucanase xylanase cellulase and α-amylase
Sunhy food-grade compound enzyme for oats is an optimized combination of several enzymes that are used for oats processing, such as to increase the amount of α-amino nitrogen in oat wort and improve the filtering efficiency during production.
Composition | Activity |
Protease | ≥60,000 U/g |
β-glucanase | ≥100 U/g |
Xylanase | ≥100 U/g |
Cellulase | ≥100U/g |
α-amylase | ≥1,200 U/g |
Edible corn starch | -- |
Benefits
- Increase the amount of α-amino nitrogen and soluble nitrogen in the wort;
- Increase the yield of the oat wort;
- Improve the filtering efficiency and product quality;
- Improve the easiness of cleaning filtrators and scaldors;
- Improve the stability of the product.
Application
The recommended dosage is 0.3% to 0.8% of the oat weight. Dosage should be adjusted according to the production conditions.
The recommended method of application:
Oats solution (Oat:liquid = 1:7) → Add the enzyme (0.3% to 0.8% of oat weight) → Mix continuously for two hours at 55℃ → Cool down to room temperature → Other production steps.
Storage
Preserve in a cool and dry area with good ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight. A storage temperature of 0℃~10℃ can extend shelf-life.
Shelf-life
12 months at room temperature (25℃).
Safety
Avoid inhaling enzyme powder. Rinse immediately with water if contact with skin or eyes.
